fitbit one – handy little device to track your steps.  10,000 steps a day is a great goal to improve your health.


apple chips- awesome delicious healthy snack, even the husband loves these!


sweet potato chips- healthy snack delicious to me.  I haven’t tried this treat on anyone other than the husband, and he wasn’t a fan. I use coconut oil, cinnamon, no salt.



mandolin slicer – slicer to use for making chips! It’s the only one I’ve ever owned so nothing to compare it to, but I love it.
